Wallet Setup

Creating a Monad Wallet:

  1. Download a Supported Wallet:

    • Choose from wallets like MetaMask, Phantom Wallet, or Backpack that support the Monad blockchain.

    • Follow the wallet’s setup instructions to create a new wallet.

  2. Save Your Private Key:

    • During the setup process, you’ll be given a private key or recovery phrase. Save this securely; it’s the only way to recover your wallet if you lose access.

  3. Connect to Monad Network:

    • Ensure your wallet is configured to connect to the Monad blockchain. You may need to add Monad as a custom network using the network settings in your wallet.

Importing an Existing Wallet:

  1. Open Your Wallet:

    • If you already have a Monad wallet, you can import it by selecting the "Import Wallet" option in your wallet interface.

  2. Enter Your Private Key:

    • Provide the private key or recovery phrase of your existing wallet to import it into the Monadswap platform.
