Troubleshooting
Issue 1: My wallet is not connecting to Monadswap.
Solution:
Ensure you are using a Monad-compatible wallet.
Check your internet connection and refresh the Monadswap page.
Make sure you are on the correct network in your wallet settings.
If the issue persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting your wallet, or clear your browser cache.
Issue 2: A transaction is stuck or pending for a long time.
Solution:
Verify the transaction status on the Monad blockchain explorer.
Check if the gas fees were set too low, which can delay transaction processing.
If the transaction remains stuck, you may need to speed it up by increasing the gas fee in your wallet settings or, in some cases, cancel the transaction and try again.
Issue 3: I am experiencing high slippage during a trade.
Solution:
Review the slippage tolerance setting in the Monadswap interface and adjust it to a level you are comfortable with.
Ensure the liquidity pool for the token pair has sufficient liquidity to handle your trade size.
Consider splitting your trade into smaller transactions to reduce slippage.
Issue 4: I cannot withdraw my staked tokens.
Solution:
Verify that the staking period has ended. Some staking pools have lock-up periods that prevent withdrawals until the specified time has passed.
Check if there are any withdrawal fees or conditions that need to be met.
If you still cannot withdraw, contact Monadswap support for further assistance.
Issue 5: I encountered an error while adding liquidity.
Solution:
Ensure you have sufficient token balances to cover the amounts you want to add to the pool.
Verify that you have approved the tokens for spending in your wallet.
If the problem persists, try adjusting the gas fees or contact support for help.
