Terms of Service

The Terms of Service (ToS) govern your use of the Monadswap platform. These terms ensure that the platform operates securely, transparently, and in compliance with applicable laws, while respecting the privacy and anonymity of its users.

  • Legal Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction when using Monadswap. This includes, but is not limited to, laws related to cryptocurrency trading and tax obligations.

Account Responsibilities

  • Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Monadswap account, including safeguarding their login credentials and private keys. Monadswap recommends the use of strong passwords and multi-signature wallets for enhanced security.

  • Unauthorized Access: If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify Monadswap immediately. The platform will work with you to secure your account and prevent further unauthorized activities.

  • Account Termination: Monadswap reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms of Service or compromise the security of the platform. Users will be notified of such actions and may have the opportunity to appeal the decision.

Prohibited Activities

  • Data Scraping and Automated Access: Unauthorized data scraping, bot usage, or other automated methods of accessing the platform are prohibited. Such activities can disrupt the platform's operations and violate the terms of fair use.

Service Availability

  • Uptime Commitment: Monadswap strives to provide uninterrupted access to its services. However, the platform may experience downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. Monadswap will notify users in advance of scheduled maintenance and work to resolve any issues promptly.

  • Service Modifications: Monadswap reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes that may affect their use of the platform.

Liability and Disclaimers

  • No Financial Advice: Monadswap does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Users are responsible for their own trading decisions and should conduct their own research or consult with a financial advisor.

  • Risk Acknowledgment: Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading carries inherent risks, including the potential for significant financial loss. Monadswap is not liable for any losses incurred through the use of the platform.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monadswap disclaims all liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

  • Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Monadswap shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the selected arbitration organization. Users agree to waive their right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
